1. Eligibility for Refunds

✅ The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and invoice.
✅ The return request is approved after inspection of the product.

✅ Refunds credit via the original payment Method or as a store credit within 3-4 business days

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

❌ Opened or used accessories
❌ Items with a manufacturer warranty (warranty claims must be made directly with the brand).
❌ Products that are damaged due to mishandling or improper use.

3. Refund Process

📌 Step 2: Our team will review your request and provide approval within 2-3 business days.
📌 Step 3: If approved, the product must be returned to our store at Near Shakti steel street plot NO. 4 madhavpark – 1 Ranavav.

4. Refund Methods

💳 Online Payments: Refunds for payments made via credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking will be credited back to the same account. Processing time depends on the bank.
💵 Cash Payments: Refunds for cash purchases will be issued as store credit or direct cash refunds (subject to approval).
🔄 Exchange Option: Instead of a refund, customers can choose to exchange the product (subject to availability).

5. Refund for Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, report it within 48 hours of delivery with images/videos. We will deliver a replacement product within 3-4 days.
